FOR MINT MELTAWAYS CUSTARD

  • 1 package of Cook-And-Serve Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 30 Fannie May Mint Meltaways

FOR WHIPPED CREAM

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbs. Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla

Equipment

  • 4-6 Glasses to hold the final product
  • Spatula
  • Stand of Hand Mixer
  • Mixing bowls

Directions

MINT MELTAWAYS CUSTARD & WHIPED CREAM INSTRUCTIONS

  • Follow the instructions on the pudding package.
  • Remove from the heat, add the Mint Meltaways and stir in to melt.
  • Transfer to a bowl and let cool (This step can be done a day ahead.)
  • Combine the cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and whip to soft peaks.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put the custard into a pastry bag and pipe a layer into 4 glasses.
  • Put the whipped cream into a pastry bag and pipe a layer on top of the custard.
  • Repeat the first three steps, adjusting the quantities as needed to fill your glasses.
  • Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves
