3 8oz blocks full fat cream cheese; room temperature
¼ cup of sour cream or full fat Greek yogurt
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tbs powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Take 2 cups of Fannie May S’mores Snack Mix and grind in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
Press ground up Fannie May S’mores Snack Mix into the bottom of a 9” springform pan; lightly buttered.
Turn oven broiler to high and place the pan under the broiler to “toast” your Fannie May S’mores Snack Mix for approximately 5-10 minutes or until marshmallows start browning. Remove; set aside; and let cool.
Use a hand or stand mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar; powdered sugar; and sour cream. Continue to beat the mixture until smooth and lump free. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides to ensure there is no cream cheese collected on the sides and bottom.
Add vanilla extract and combine.
In a separate bowl; whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Slowly fold the heavy cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
Add the remaining Fannie May S’mores Snack Mix and fold in.
Pour mixture into the prepared 9” springform cake pan and smooth out the batter.
Place in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours to set.
